About Hudson Therapeutic
Hudson Therapeutic offers thoughtful, evidence-informed psychotherapy in a calm, confidential setting. My goal is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening in your life, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
How I Work
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together, we will clarify what feels most important to you right now and develop a plan that fits your needs. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches, always guided by what is most helpful and sustainable for you.
Sessions are paced to respect your readiness. You are encouraged to ask questions, pause, or redirect our focus at any time. Many people find that having a steady, reliable place to bring their concerns makes it easier to navigate stress, relationships, work, and major life transitions.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, or a general sense of feeling stuck. I also support people who are coping with grief or loss, preparing for or adjusting to significant changes, or wanting to better understand long-standing patterns in their lives.
Some people come to therapy with a specific concern, while others are simply looking for a steady place to reflect and grow. Both are welcome.
What to Expect
In our initial conversations, we will talk about what brings you in now, your history, and what you hope might be different. You can expect a calm, attentive, and respectful atmosphere. There is no requirement to share anything before you are ready; we will move at a pace that feels safe for you.
Therapy can be short-term and focused on a particular concern, or longer-term and exploratory. We will check in together about how the work is going and make adjustments as needed.
Getting Started
You are welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we are a good fit. This brief conversation is an opportunity to share a bit about what you are looking for, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable.
