Robyn I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and obtained my Masters of Social Work at the University of New Hampshire. Working with both adolescents and adults, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and stress from life transitions. I work from a person-centered & trauma-informed lens and cater my approaches to meet the unique needs of each of my clients. I primarily incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness practices, with a strong focus placed on rapport building so that a client feels safe & supported in the therapeutic relationship. My communication style is calm, warm, and personable. I love getting to know my clients, and firmly believe in the power of laughter and joy in the healing process, which often finds its way into my work. I provide a non-judgmental and accepting environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing anything. I view therapy as a collaborative process and meet clients where they are, with the clients as the experts in their goals and treatment.
Brooke I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), neurodiversity affirming, and strengths-based interventions. I believe that no single approach fits every individual, and I tailor treatment to each client’s goals, values, and personal experiences.
